Reorganization of the distribution of Laboratoire Mergens products in Colombia

On November 14, 2025, Laboratoire Mergens signed a distribution agreement with Guiro Distribuciones S.A.S., CA in Bogotá, for its Nerola brand products (cosmetics). Guiro Distribuciones (a subsidiary of the ROMA Group) will take over the entire distribution of Laboratoire Mergens products in Colombia. These include food supplements (VITA sprays, Secrets d’Anne-Sophie, Phycocyanin Blue Gold), cosmetics (Nerola) and medical devices (Woundil, Cerufree, Calmaspray).

During his stay in Colombia from December 15 to 18, the Director of Laboratoire Mergens Scientific Services was able to finalize the documentation relating to the product registrations and decide on the strategy for bringing the products to market.
