Visit by the Roma-Multidrogas Group Executive Management to Crissier

From October 9 to 13, 2026, the executive management of the company Roma-Multidrogas—a company active in Mexico, in Central and South America, with a primary focus on Colombia—visited Laboratoire Mergens in Crissier. The delegation was represented by Mr. Benito Fidel Garcia Acosta, Chairman of the Holding Company, and Ms. Maria Carmen Garcia Rodriguez, the Group’s CEO. They were accompanied by Mr. Jonny Morales, the Laboratoire Mergens representative for South and Central America.

During their visit, the group toured the facilities of Alpol Cosmétiques—Laboratoire Mergens’ manufacturing partner for the Nerola cosmetics brand—and MicrosTech, the partner responsible for manufacturing dietary supplements and medical devices.

In the course of discussions between Roma-Multidrogas and Laboratoire Mergens, a decision was reached to establish a long-term partnership. Under this agreement, Roma-Multidrogas will take over all of Laboratoire Mergens’ commercial in Mexico, in Central and South America, superseding any previous arrangements.

Consequently, Roma-Multidrogas will market the full range of Laboratoire Mergens products—dietary supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices—within its operating region.
