To dissolve plugs of cerumen: 1 to 2 spray(s) into each ear, 3 times per day.
To prevent the formation of cerumen and to cleanse the auditory tract: 1 to 2 spray(s) into each ear, once a day.
Gently massage the base of the ear for 10 seconds.
